Tell us before we meet and we will still quote it. The price is just lower, because a locked or financed handset is worth less to us than a clean one. What we cannot do is buy one without knowing: a device that turns out to be on finance or reported lost is one we have to hand back.

We buy them. Say so when you tell us what you have and the offer already has it in. A crack we find at the meetup that you did not mention is the one thing that changes a quote on the day.

Yes. Government photo ID, every time, and you have to be 18. We are a secondhand dealer and recording it is not optional for us. It also protects you: it is the record that says the device left your hands legitimately.

You pick the place and it is a public one. Nothing goes in the post, you keep the device until you are standing in front of us, and the money is in your hands before it changes hands.
